Naturally, hotelleriesuisse Ticino is also made up of people who offer their skills, energy and enthusiasm to the association.

The committee plays a fundamental role in strategic decision-making. It was expanded in 2009, going from 9 members to 11.

Each committee member is in charge of a precise area of activity, making it more efficient and ensuring continuous monitoring of all the activities.
The members play important roles in various Ticino assemblies: duties in important decision-making bodies such as tourist organisations, chambers of commerce, foundations, commissions and work groups, which make it possible to intervene and defend the interests of the category.

The SRI Group from Chiasso, a management consultancy firm, has been given a mandate to support the activity of hotelleriesuisse Ticino's cantonal committee, ensuring the strategic management and operational running of the association.

SRI Group provides hotelleriesuisse Ticino with offices and staff, thereby guaranteeing the presence of a professional secretary, who can be contacted every day.
